Very simple interview process with the hiring manager. The questions asked are very typical interview style. Despite it being a medical company, they are also open to hiring those without medical background and only have business knowledge.

One HireVue recorded interview with 3 questions like , “Explain professional experience that relates to this position.” And “Why Johnson & Johnson?”. Was overall a simple interview but did take a while between rounds. Expect at least 1-2 weeks wait period.
