The process had 3 steps. 1st with HR person, 15min. STARS questions. 2nd with Team Leader, which has more STARS and some technical preference questions. 3rd - The most confusing one, 2 hours, 1st part doing more conceptual questions about tech paradigms, like Micro-services vs Monolith, Web vs Mobile. In the end, it was a poor Miro diagram with two technical questions that were not clear and you did not have time to read and understand to answer. + The English of one interview was terrible.
