Had applied through LinkedIn, received screening call from HR where mostly what I had worked upon was discussed. Technical Interviews was scheduled with 2 people, Technical Architect and QA. Only TA joined the call and the interview was pure technical for 30 mins. After a week and repeated follow ups from my side, I received a call from HR who scheduled another round with QA. It was hardly for 10 mins, general discussion related to my experience and all. I was rejected after that round where they claimed that I did not qualify on technical grounds when I was clearly not interviewed for technical aspects. Not even a single question was asked.
