I applied for a motion designer position online and all the application processes took almost 2 months. HR people contacted me first and answered all questions quickly and professionally. After the first screening interview, there were two following interviews with a motion director and a design director. Mainly I talked about my work experience and my work process with them. And I asked about general brand design related questions. Additionally, I completed my task for my second interview and heard of their feedback and expectations. All the interview processes were quite smooth for me and it was a good experience overall.
