The interview was friendly and also was the talent acquisition manager. It was online, for a position as product designer in amsterdam. The full process is three interviews, the first is general, the second one is for presenting one main project and the third to discuss an assessment.

It was an over the phone chat with a hiring manager. It was fairly informal, where I gave a bit of background on myself and they explained the business and more specifically the role. I felt comfortable answering their questions.

Interview
It was a smooth process. First with the tech recruiter, and then another the next week with the Lead designer and head of UX. First interview was a nice experience focused on my person. Second interview was in-depth about my process and included a portfolio walkthrough. Both interviewers were nice and promised to get back to me asap. They didn't and I didn't get a reply till I sent an email a few days later. HR then sent a rejection mail. It seems like a genuinely good place to work, so goodluck to future candidates.
