Interview
Phone screening, followed by 4 interviews. One with hiring manager, team lead, team lead for another team and global lead - all within a few weeks and teams are very responsive and accommodating. All of them spoke about culture - to figure out if you are a good fit as it is a big thing at KAYAK.
