Multiple rounds of interviews of 30 minutes in length with partners or directors. The interviews are structured as behavioral interviews type questions. Offer letter came fairly quickly after interviews were completed.

KPMG’s “guarantee” to interview people with disabilities who meet minimum job requirements is a load of tosh. Either they don’t communicate their minimum job requirements properly or they don’t do what they say. Poor show KPMG.

Very straightforward and easy. The interviewer was very nice and we had good conversation. The questions asked were appropriate. We discussed the role and the compensation, benefits, and the company culture.
