Question 1
Describe a project where things did not go according to plan, and how you recovered from it
Poor communication from the recruiters with large gaps in between contact. Interviewers were very friendly and the interviews themselves were smooth. I would have expected better communication from such a well structured organization.

Interview
Due to distance, interview was held over the phone. It was also with someone I had worked with before, so they knew me. Since this was a move in the company, and they had knowledge of me it was a pretty smooth interview. I was well qualified for the position, so there were no problems
