I applied using the Kaiser website then got an email saying they would like to interview me. We then scheduled a phone interview- it was very informal in a way- my recruiter told me off the bat she just wants to have a conversation rather than an interview.

Interview
My first interview was completed over the phone and it was long, almost 90 minutes Then I was given some writing assignments to complete within a certain deadline. This was actually difficult because the free version of the software I was required to download onto my computer was buggy. Still, I was given a second interview, which was in-person and with the entire team I would be working with. This was fairly informal for a panel interview.
The whole process took a long time from start to finish.
