Intro chat with a team member felt like a scam. They are not hiring anymore but still does interviews. They ask questions like "what would you change in your company, technical or not", "what benefits do you like?" and "what would sway you to change your mind if you have 2 offers from 2 companies" . Sounds pretty standard right? But not when they have no positions to fill. It felt like they are only doing so for research purposes. Anyway, good for you for trying to better your company culture, but icky that you're wasting people time doing so.
