Interview
I applied online through Snagajob.com. I got a call the next from the hiring manager who mentioned that website by name when calling about my application. She told me to come in tomorrow morning for an interview. I was with two other applicants during the interview process. The manager outlined all of our job descriptions, the store schedule, and had a few anecdotes about what it's like to work there. She really made it seem like the job is down to earth and that this store is a fun place to work.

Interview
Very simple and easy. It was a set up virtual interview with the store manager. He asked basic questions and told me to be there the next day for orientation
Very thorough interpersonal interview questions. Asked how you worked in a team and how well you can deal with conflict. Asked how you communicate with customers and how you can deal with difficult customers.

Interview
Overall a very nice and helpful staff. The interview was supposed to be a group interview but I was the only one to show up. So we got started later than I would have liked. The interviewer was laid back and easy to talk to. I would have accepted the job had it not been for the very low wage and the lack of opportunity to raise that wage.
