I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Henderson, NV) in Nov 2017
Interview
Applied online, a few days later got an email to set up an interview in store. Arrived to the interview, it ended up being a group with about 8 of us. Store manager explained everything there was to know, and then called us in individually for a very short - maybe 2 minutes - one to one interview.

Question 1
He only asked if I had previous experience, if I was currently going to school or planning on it in the future, and my availability.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

Question 1
What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
