Got a call, came into a group interview and everyone took their turn to say something about the topic. Asked about previous experience, what customer service is, one time when you had an issue with your teammates, etc.

If you haven't worked in retail before, it might be hard to answer a question about a time when you were in a pressured situation to go fast and how you handled it. They are talking about ringing up people during the holiday's

I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
