Interview
It was a very basic interview. I was asked the regular questions; mainly about experience, do I like working with others, am I a good team person, can I work weekends , holidays, any shift, what do I think about how to treat customers.I was told that i would be busy and standing for many hours.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions. I was not taken off guard or thought that anything was difficult to answer.
It was easy and simple. Only 1 round and then offer sent through email. Should we easy to answer questions if you look into the company. Not hard at all
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

Question 1
How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
