They had us fill out the necessary paperwork and read over a pamphlet about Kohl's before the interviews. We were then all directed to the office for a group interview. There were about 5-6 of us. It was a pretty relaxed interview. The manager introduced himself and asked questions one at a time, going around the room to let each of us answer each question.
