They do ask you some questions about why you want to work there, do you do any extracurricular activities, and after the interview ends and they send an email whether you get the job or not

I got stood up, then blown off.
A video interview was set up, and no one showed. So I called the store, and none of the managers could take my call. I left my name and phone number for them to call me back to reschedule. No one ever returned my call. Then a few days later, I got an email that I was "not selected for further consideration". They didn't even give me a chance! How frustrating!

Asked me to tell me about myself, explained the different positions (cashier, floor, etc), and asked which I wanted, asked availability. That was literally it didn't ask a single other question.

It was a 30 minute interview with the manager. They asked basic behavioral questions and about your previous experience. The manager didn't seem as open and some questions I asked implied it could be a toxic work environment.
