Somewhat lengthy, there were several rounds to go through - I think I had four rounds with about 10 different people. But the interviews are with top company executives, so they don't waste your time and are serious about the process.

Nothing that was out of left field or too difficult
Met a few partners virtually, pretty straightforward process to understand your interest level, ability to learn, and communication skills followed by their KF4D assessment. Overall took less than 2 months from beginning to end.

Interview
First meeting, introduced through recruiter - was a zoom meeting to go more into CV and background.
Good interview, fairly standard questions - not much to prepare for other than being able to walk through details of CV
Met with head of delivery followed by the partner and a number of delivery experts over a period of 2 months. Phone Interview followed by in-person interview followed by half day interview with other associates and principals across the practice.
