I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (Bangkok) in Jun 2008
Interview
I approached the company's MD by first sending him an email that I was interested in an opportunity. At first there was no headcount but because I have a prior background in executive search from NY, that caught his attention. We scheduled a meeting where I went to the office and met with every team members (it was a small office of 9 persons). The interview was more about getting to know me, why I became a recruiter, and what do I want to do. Just be sure to be able to answer why executive search and K/F. The last round of interview involved going out for a drink together with the team members. My colleagues later revealed that they wanted to use the effect of alcohol as I may reveal any hidden agenda or motive for my interest in K/F.
