Conversational like. They were very great about giving insight about the company as well as getting to know you as a person. They are open to interviewing people who also do not have as much recruiting experience and I see that as a positive thing.
The First Call was Informal. The Second Call with Team Lead. Third Call with the Project Manager. The process is very quick and smooth. They are all very kind and supportive.
