Interview
It’s three stages of interview, a logic and english testing, then an excel and competencies interview while you have to roleplay different situations according to the job position. Also could be included a customer service task like replying a email.
Several rounds of interviews with different levels: personal interview, case study, partner interview, peer interview
Everything fairly average. HR in UK, average experience, a bit pushy but okay. Unfortunately HR is centralized
