I went to an open interview. The original interview was phenomenal. They said I was a perfect applicant and that I'd hear from them by the following Monday (the interview was on a Friday). I did not hear from them so I called back on Tuesday afternoon. They said they were waiting on the results of the background check and would call me when they received it. I never officially heard back from them for weeks.

It was a very easy process and did not take long at all. After the interview i was asked to wait a week for a background check. After that the woman called me a week later and yold me i was hired.

It was quick and easy. I went in and they just asked a few basic questions, when I can start, if I am okay with this schedule, easy stuff. They did a mouth swab drug test on the interview.
