Went in for an interview where they asked about any past experience and work history. Some basic questions and making sure I understood how to deal with customers / troublesome customers.

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
