Referral through a friend. Talked through the counter, team, role and challenges. Spoke about how I would manage the team etc, invited to meet the team and told I got the job the same day then through to store approval

Generic question but you can feel the interviewer already have someone in mind and they still interview you, pretending they are treating everyone fairly.After all your preparation and you will feel like wasting your time. So, don’t take it personally. You need to know this beauty industry is not about your hard work or skills. It’s about who you know.

Needed basic knowledge about the company and show confidence to deals with targets and challenges situations. The interviewer was super friendly and calm. They annalise your CV, making direct questions and testing your knowleage about the company. there is no guidelines for interview. they can change depending on the interview.
