I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2014
Interview
Two interviews. One with HR and the other one with the PCO. A third interview was expected but never happened.
I've seen the Humand Ressoure manager first... She was really nice and friendly. She asked me some quesitons about myself and salary expectation.
After that I met with the PCO and senior business analyst...The interview wast mostly in english which is not my primary language...I tried my best but it wasn't good enough.

Question 1
They noticed in my resume that I volunteer for a cause and thew wanted to know more about that... Didn't kno what to say...
Processo muito tranquilo, a entrevista seguiu o padrão e depois teve un teste e uma entrevista com a md da área que também seguiu o padrão e teve um teste também.
It was very fluid. I could schedule all interviews one after another with no issues. Questions were very accurate but could have been clearer. All interviewers were actually interested into learning more about my skills and what I could bring to the company.
