I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
My initial communications with L'Oreal was when they visited my school for the career fair. I was then invited to an interview the day after the fair, which was 30 minutes, was mostly behavioral questions, and had two interviewers. The interview was comfortable and the questions are not difficult. They ask questions to see how you will fit in with the company. Approximately 5 weeks later I was contacted by HR to set up a second round phone interview, which was basically an overview of the job and going over details on my resume. Shortly after the second interview I was offered a summer internship. Overall, my internship was great! They gave me a lot of responsibility and valued my opinion.

Question 1
The questions were very standard and behavioral. The question that stands out to me was when they asked me to list three things about myself.
Desorden en el proceso. Preguntas adecuadas sobre experiencia anterior y decisiones de carrera. Qué tipo de trabajo disfrutas y cuál no.
Enfoque mas en cv que en el potencial del candidato,
First HR using english and about 2 weeks later is user interview. He/she asking daily case of the job position Actually it was simple and the process of recruitment is good.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Oct 2020
Interview
Very long process. First round was in October, didn't hear back until April for second round interview. Recruiters were very busy and could not give clear timelines. overall the process was very dragged out and stressful because I was in limbo.
