Interview
The process involves online questions and a CV and cover letter submission. I then had to take three tests including numerical, verbal reasoning and practical. After this I received a telephone interview and have now been put in for an assessment centre.

What recent promotion do you think was most memorable?
Really relaxed. Presented a case study followed by questions, then a half an hour interview with HR talking about how I align with their values. Each question was aimed at one of their 5 values with a real focus on past experience and your personality.
