prima c'è una chiamata dell hr in cui chiede se hai mai lavorato in team, la principale sfida che hai incontrato, come puoi contribuire in questo ruolo e i principali kpi nella supply chain. poi c'è il colloquio con la manager in cui si chiede principalmente il tuo percorso e la motivazione per il ruolo e l'azienda
Very straight forward. 2 interviews and then a decision. Both interviews were virtual. Neither interviewers had their cameras on though. I would say the process was really simple. They did take a month or so to reach back.

Good interview, brief and simple. The interviewer was super kind. It was both behavioral and technical questions, which was nice. Make sure to communicate well with them and ask them questions.
