Went to career fair at school and talked to the people who represented the company. Both were friendly and I decided to apply. Applied online and was contacted for an in-person interview at my university. The interview was set for 45 minutes and I expected to be asked standard questions, but it was more of a "get to know you" interview. I felt it was more about personality that my skills or abilities they were interested in.
