Semi-formal, but friendly. I submitted a resume through glass door and subsequently received a follow up phone call, followed by scheduling and interview. I received great feedback in the interview and was offered the job same dy.
they asked my to explain my work experience and my legal background. they told me about their expectations which were quite clear cut. lastly, they posed me with a legal hypothetical question which was easy

A one on one interview with the office manager and than I was offered the position through an email. I had to do a background and drug test that took four weeks to complete.
