Did my summer internship there (between Year 1 & 2 of MBA), which essentially was part of the interview process. Internship interview process consists of online application, phone screen, case interview and behavioral interview. The summer internship there (Summer Associate, CDP) includes a mid-summer assessment by the hiring manager, and the assessment is a good indicator of whether or not you'll be extended an executive interview invitation towards the end of the summer. The executive interview is a 45-60 minute "conversation" with one of the CEO's direct reports and can be a scary process but in my case proved otherwise.
