A recruiter emailed me and established an over the phone interview. After the over the phone interview I was asked to attend an in person interview.

"I've had people who have worked in cell phones work for me before, they didn't work out so well". "No offense, but your generation seems to think that everyone is entitled to a job without doing any work beforehand."

Not too good. The interview process is difficult for no reason. The recruiter sent me the “sauce” and I followed everything when the hr interviewed me it was totally different from the “sauce” I was sent. The company does not seem to be culture friendly either.
Easy. General questions and star format. The interview was easier than most. Denied the job after I was made the offer. Not a lot to say about this interview. Insurance just isn’t for me but the opportunity awaits.

Interview
First interview is more of a screen--do you check all the boxes, etc. I had a good experience. My interviewer seemed like an awesome person and he got me more excited about the company because he was so chill.
