Easy interview process, basic questions, had a phone interview then an in person interview and received e-mail from HR requesting a background check immediately after in person interview.

If you worked at a front desk at a hotel that had a policy of giving one cookie per guest and the quest came up asking for a 2nd cookie..would you give them the cookie or not?
I interviewed with two supervisors - neither of whom were in the same department that I was hired to work for. They were great - very friendly and lighthearted. They used a lengthy interview process with a ton of behavioral questions. They want to know how you have handled a situation - not how you would handle a situation. Good interview.
