Unorganized and unprofessional. The frist interview was a phone interview and the recruiter missed the entire interview. When we had the 2nd phone interview there was no apology for the 1st missed interview or consideration for my time THAT should have been the 1st red flag. Hiring process was long but could have been smoother if they communicated better. I would go weeks without hearing anything and had to constantly email the recruiter.
