II posted my resume on line on Sun., Aug., 8th. I received an email from the company's recruiter requesting a phone interview. Phone interview was conducted on Tues, Aug., 10th. On that day I was asked to take an online assessment that took one hour to complete...or did the phone assessment come first...I don't remember. At any rate, I advanced on to an interview with the branch manager, which took place on Mon., Aug. 23rd. In that interview I was asked job related behavioral questions. (it is very important that you prepare for these types of questions, you wont make it if you don't) from there I was asked to complete 25 prospect cards and return back with them the following week on Mon., Aug., 30th for an assessment of the prospect cards followed by an interview with the lead sales agent. After the interview with the lead sales agent, I was critiqued on my prospect cards and asked to do a phone assessment were I was asked write a script (right on the spot) to be used to call 25 cold calls leads. After the phone assessment (which was being monitored by the branch manager), I was complimented on my prospect cards and phone skills then advanced forward to my last interview with the area manager. The interview took place on Fri., Sept 3rd. It was an hour long interview with many more corporate interviewing questions then in the previous interviews. I did not expect the process to be so long. The good news is, I was contacted by the branch manager 30 minutes after the interview with the area manager and was offered the position. After working out a two week notice with my current employer, I will begin working in my new roll on Tues., Sept. 21st. YEAH!! To prepare for an effective interview use the many online resources avaialble i.e youtube watch videos on effective interviewing skills, google "most commonly asked interviewing questions" , "what questions to ask an employer" etc.. Use these resources and you'll land your dream job. Good Luck!
