I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Linde
Interview
Was recruited through college. Had a phone and in-person interview. Phone interview was just a review of my resume. Went to a plant and talked to plant manager and site engineering during in-person interview. Very relaxed interview. Looking more for how you would fit in with the team. Many questions were based on teamwork and how you work with others. Be ready to answer questions about classes and lab experience in college.

Question 1
Why would you be a better candidate over the others?
What is your role in a group (leader or follower)?
Went well, different managers spoke with you about your resume, experiences on a teams call. Laid back but good experience overall. They introduced themselves and their areas a little bit
Fairly conversational. I was interviewed by the people who later were my managers/coworkers. I did receive a brief call from HR ahead of time just confirming that I still wanted to interview as well as some of my information.

Question 1
How have you displayed a committed effort to safety in your previous endeavors (I am paraphrasing)
4 interviews with 2 people each time. Took about 4 hours total. Everyone was super friendly and the experience was great overall. 4 interviews back to back to back is quite tiresome, however, so be prepared!
