The interview process was pretty straight forward. I went through two rounds of this, both with Partnerships Manager and Head of Creative. They were super transparent about the role and responsibilities and were able to answer my questions with ease (I had a lot of them). I didn't end up getting the job offer, but I was offered a different role within the company. I would've actually accepted it if it weren't a maternity cover.
