Submit a profile on their website and then you have a Background check only. No resume required . Once your background is complete they will email you to create a profile to select a customer service campaign to work for.

The interview process was overall very easy. The questions were easy, and then reading scripts to see how your voice sounded. I was hired within 30mins to an one hour of applying.
