I've never worked for Lloyds Banking Group directly, only through contracting. As a contractor trying to apply for a perm job felt like a closed door. Multiple applications rejected. One of the jobs was the exact same job I was doing. The feedback was that I did not have specific experience on something that was not on the job spec. When I did get an interview, they just picked one of their own anyway. A waste of my time.

After the application, they emailed first, we did a round with HR, then a zoom interview and then an in person interview. I didn't get the job, but it was an interesting process never the less.
Very easy process and professional friendly and great staff. Not long of an interview around 30 mins, 4 people interviewing me which seemed a little intimidating. They seem to love the company which was good
