one stage process with hiring manager, not too difficult, the questions were fairly straight forward and expected. Prep on normal competency questions before going to the interview and you will be fine
Pleasant, well structured with engaged interviewers. Initial chat via tele phone and then a teams call, warm and empathetic people who were interested personally in the interviewee. Recieved feedback afterwards

I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
I have applied twice to Lloyds and their HR are absolute bunch of unprofessional mediocre people. First time I applied my interview took place 5 months after my application and immediately in the interview they let me know that I was a „diversity candidate” and they had to interview me because so few women applied so thanks for wasting my time!. Of course after the interview HR totally ghosted me. She did not even care to say that I was rejected. Second time I applied for a different role and they sent me an email saying that I would be invited for an interview. Couple days later, another email followed with information that this was sent in error. How on earth are such unprofessional people even in employment?! Rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate, that is all I can say about HR at Lloyds. They pay below the market, demand from the candidates well above what their current employees know or are capable of, and yet they cannot employ professional HR… not that HR are in general professional but Lloyds have been sub par.

Question 1
What maturity had your trades have? I mean, why would you even ask such question at associate director level interview? Is this all you can think of?
