Interview
After the initial HR screening, one technical round, and the managerial discussion, I haven’t received any update. From a candidate’s perspective, this is disappointing because we adjust our schedules and prepare for these interviews. Not providing any response after the final round reflects poor professionalism. HR should at least send a confirmation or a rejection update
