Interview
I had a two stage interview process - both face to face, one with VC as well. They gave examples of challenges they were facing and asked how I would address them, rather than hear about things I had actually done in my career to date, so it felt quite theoretical. They indicated they would move to offer through the recruiter but that did not transpire.
