First you fill in the application form on the Lloyds Careers website and then do an online comprehension/numerical/logic test. After that is a straight forward telephone interview where competency based questions are asked. The last stage of the process was a face to face interview where you first had to do a presentation for the interviewers (team manager and a senior manager) based on information given prior, next was a lengthy interview were vague competency based questions were asked. Finally, you had to do a timed programming task that tested programming logic. The task wasn't in any specific language.
