Interview
They interviewed me for another position, but I was given an offer to work in QA on the GPS 3 program. The interview process just walked through my resume and did behavior stuff.

Question 1
What was a challenge that you faced as a leader and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process started out well. I received a call from a recruiter and scheduled an interview. The interview itself was pretty standard. I did not hear back after two weeks so I emailed the recruiter I was assigned. No response. I then emailed the recruiter who scheduled the interview at the 3 week mark, she responded and said she emailed the assigned recruiter. Over a month and a half later, I received a decline notice. After emailing multiple times it took over a month and a half to get an automatic response from the system telling me they have moved on with other candidates. There was also no feedback on my interview, leaving me with no advice for future job interviews. I understand I may not have been the best fit and that is okay, but ghosting a candidate not acceptable.

One phone interview. 5 behavioral questions that need the STAR method for response. All have to do with leadership, work experience, and you working on teams. Very straightforward. You will know if you receive an offer or not within the next 2 weeks.
