Interviewed with store managers and most of the questions were routine. Interviewed with two store managers. One was the more of the "good cop" and the other the "bad cop"

I came to appointment on exact date ,30 minutes earlier. So I have time to concentrate.Exactly at 10.00 a.m.manager called me.I have apply for the position on line and have all communication with automatic system ,but not with somebody personally.Above mentioned manager checked out my personal data on computer and an appointment starts with greetings and introduction and routine answers.
It is a two part process. So be prepared to stay a while. They are very professional and timely. You will be interviewed by two different people. Make sure you're familiar with the acronym MYMACYS.
