You apply and receive an email to schedule your first interview which is done by phone. They ask you general questions on the phone to get a feel for what kind of person you are and how confident you are. If they like you, you get a second email to schedule an in person interview. That's where the fun begins.

quick and efficient, with detail based questions. Not much different from average interviews. You go through the phone interview process, then you receive the in person interview. Then there's a personal interview with the specific manager you may be assigned to; but isn't always a official part of the process
