Multiple interviews. Store interview, district and regional HR interview. There is a standard set of questions but also as you speak, it will lead to additional questions to understand your thought process and how will will handle store situations.

Tell me about a time you developed someone and how did you do it? Tell me how you handle someone not meet expectation?
Straightforward, just standard how would you handle if an employee stole from the store kind of question. Overall, the interview was very simple. If you prepare for your interview you shouldn't have any issues at all.

Very friendly environment. Overall. I have very good experience interviewing with their managers. they provide good benefits, health insurance, and good pay. I am looking forward to work with those people.
