Interview
I had applied a waited a few weeks to hear back for the EDP Program. I first spoke to the recruiter and had two other interviews with people who work within the company. I then later got an offer letter for the program. Once you graduate the program they place you into an Assistant role that is open.
The interview process felt very informal and somewhat disorganized. There was limited structure to the conversation, and the recruiter did not provide much detail about the role or expectations. When I asked follow-up questions to better understand the position, the responses felt dismissive, which made it difficult to assess whether the role was a good fit.
the interview process was good, just be confident and they will like you. i didnt get an offer because the commute was far so i told them i wouldnt be able to
quick and efficient interview process 2 rounds of interviews. first interview with HR representative then your next round of interviews will be with hiring manager. Basic interview questions and describe previous roles.
