Quick and they listen. I was asked how I would react to certain scenarios to customers, co-workers and management. I worked as a seasonal temporary during 2014 holiday season didn't want to leave but had to no additional openings at that time. Kept filling out applications to go back until I finally got the call.

Applied online and received an e-mail to set up an interview within that same week. Showed up on the scheduled day and waited in HR until I was called on, the interview went okay. A lot of behavioral questions since they wanted someone who'd step in and work as a cashier at times.

Lady who interviewed me was 20 minutes late. Very polite but seemed biased since I had no experience. I tried to answer her questions with what she wanted to hear and match my sills to the jobs required skills.
