Two interviews with VP and hiring manager. They delayed the process for several months through the holidays. They sent me an automated message telling me I was no longer being considered then when I replied back to the recruiter saying I was disappointed they responded saying that was an error and I was still a candidate. Was automated rejected a month later
Multi-faceted with multiple departments and executives. The goal is to increase sales, revenue and improve processes. After submitting the application, their team reached out to schedule a couple of interviews. It seems like they like buy-in from the staff you will oversee and work with.

Responsive recruiter, great panelists, very personable but also professional. interviews were scheduled pretty quickly and feedback was also continuous. Some interviewers were more technical in nature, some were more focused on soft skills, leadership style, etc.
