I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Manpower (Honolulu, HI) in Sept 2017
Interview
I was a walk in. Having had previous experience in another state with this employer, it was not a problem for the receptionist to immediately talk with me. What more can I say? That's all that it took. I am getting tired of these questions. I do not want to give any more useless answers
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Manpower (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2010
Interview
There were a battery of clerical and dexterity tests, as well as a face to face interview. They tested not only for office tasks, they also tested for ability to work in a manufacturing capacity. These tests were designed to find not just the average employee, but also which people may have the ability to excel at what they do, thus they have the ability through these test to find the diamonds in the rough, who may be polished for things that they hadn't known about when they walked through the door to work at Manpower.
